There are times however as a customer and as a vendor that they or we might have to cancel an order. Our Cancellation Policy is as following:
Limitation of Quantity: If we have partial quantity to fulfill an order and there is no alternate brand available we will contact the customer to work out a solution, ship other product, issue a credit for the item not available, issue a refund for the product not available, or cancel entire order and refund all are our most common solutions to this case.
Unavailability of Stock: If stock is not available of ordered brand / product we reserve the right to ship alternate brand names. If no alternate is available we will contact the customer to work out a solution, ship other product, issue a credit for the item not available, issue a refund for the product not available, or cancel entire order and refund all are our most common solutions to this case.
Cancellation by Customer: customers can cancel their order for a full refund anytime UP to the point of shipping. If the order has packed and sent to shipper we can not obtain it back to cancel the order.
Non Payment: any order not paid will be treated as cancelled automatically.
